SITE SHOWCASES CAPSTONE AND ENGINEERING PROJECTS

On August 12, 2024, the School of Information Technology and Engineering (SITE) held the Capstone and Engineering Project Showcase at the St. Lorenzo Ruiz Laboratories. The event provided a platform for students to present their innovative IT projects and cutting-edge engineering solutions.
Among the projects showcased under Artificial Intelligence (AI) were RoboCart, a food delivery robot with AI application; Paul-Bot, an AI-powered assistant kiosk; Dusty Bun, a hallway cleaning robot with a solar charging station; Solar Powered Lawn Mower Robot; Computer Laboratory Disinfection Robot; and Security Roving Robot.
In the Web Development category, notable projects included an Inventory System with Decision Making, the ̨ÍåÍøºìCEOÏÄóÞæÃÐÔ°®ÊÓƵÁ÷³ö Alumni Tracer Study System, and the ̨ÍåÍøºìCEOÏÄóÞæÃÐÔ°®ÊÓƵÁ÷³ö ADSERVIS, an administrative services integrated system within the university.
The project showcase concluded with a strong sense of accomplishment and inspiration among the attendees. The success of the showcase highlighted the importance of continued support and encouragement for student endeavors, ensuring that the spirit of innovation and excellence remains a driving force in the field.
